Pioneer plants grow freely and spontaneously, sometimes in unsuspected places, and are the first to colonize a territory. They have the capacity to revegetate a place and prepare the ground for other more demanding species. This herbarium of plants is reproduced in glass, in the most faithful way possible. These glass plants, transparent and ghostly, seem to grow inside sandstone cylinders. These cylinders evoke geological cores, on which one can see the different strata of the subsoil.
